Went missing early morning hours of June 5, 2010 from Wooster, Ohio. Thought to be wearing jeans and white sneakers. Left on foot from home. Left behind all worldly possessions, dog, and note saying thank you to roommate and what to do with her belongings. Thought to be depressed. Only things missing from room was State ID and handgun. All credit cards left behind, as well as cell phone.

Phil was wearing a black pair of jeans with a dark blue sweat shirt with white writing on the front of it. Multi colored baseball cap and a pair of brown work boots. Phil wears eye glasses at all times. He was last seen on the morning of 4-16-09 when he left to go to Newark to get some money. Phil planned on mowing the lawn as soon as he returned.
